主讲人简介:
Adeline Braescu-Kerlan works within the Policy Lab of the School of Public Affairs at Sciences Po. She is in charge of 2 flagship programs of the Policy Lab: the development of the Incubator of Public Policies and the management of the Case Studies. Adeline also taught a Management class to Master students this Semester. Prior to joining Sciences Po, Adeline has had several professional lives, exploring her 2 passions: Public Health and Diversity & Inclusion issues. She started her career at Capgemini Consulting as a Consultant in the French Healthcare System. She provided technical support to semi-private hospitals in order to sustain financial balance. Adeline later joined the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI): she contributed to develop CHAI's office in the Democratic Republic of Congo, through the coordination of the National Strategic Plan to Fight Malaria in the Private Sector.
Passionate about Diversity & Inclusion issues, she dedicated a few years to this specific topic. As the General Secretary of the WoMen'Up association, she promoted Gender Diversity among French students. She then co-created her own company (The Boson Project) to contribute to the development of people under 30 in leadership positions in private companies. Finally, she worked for 2 years at the Headquarters of Sodexo (460 00 employees in 80 countries) as a Diversity & Inclusion manager. Adeline graduated from Sciences Po (Master in Public Affairs – Cum Laude) and Essec Business School.
